The Blast Ninja™ Pro 50 mm is a premium abrasive blasting nozzle designed to significantly reduce noise at the source while maintaining full blasting performance. Its patented aero-acoustic venturi geometry lowers air exit velocity without reducing abrasive particle velocity, a counterintuitive principle that preserves blasting power while reducing sound pressure levels by up to 17 dB compared to conventional venturi nozzles.

Originally developed in Honolulu, Hawaii by Oceanit, the technology is based on aerospace jet engine noise-reduction research. By controlling turbulence at the nozzle exit, acoustic output is reduced while kinetic energy transfer to the abrasive media remains unchanged. The Pro version features a BP200 SiAlON liner for extended wear resistance and consistent performance under demanding industrial conditions. The aluminium jacket provides structural strength with reduced weight, making the Blast Ninja™ 50 mm Pro suitable for intensive surface preparation applications where productivity and operator comfort are critical.
